Here's my view of the pooper-scooper.

polar and Noah is wanting the southern low to slip back into the panhandle of Fla. which would mean that the winds for E.facing SNC would come onshore for like late Wed. into Fri.

But, the high to the north is most definitely going to keep things onshore for the OBX. With 8 stitches falling into the quartered off hinterlands.
I see the hints of a little "dividing line" precisely splitting at the mouth of the Cape Fear river with the south part spinning toward Georgia, and the north part spinning up toward Boone.

That being said; at this point, If I had to commit, (oh no, not THAT!) I would have to say that I'll be sleeping at Rick's on Wed. & Thu. night, and poised for quick strikes to the Shane/Ceremonial inlet area.
